You can grant access to a whole survey, or distribute certain deliverables without opening an account.

The access levels

Rights on a survey are set along two axes — Fieldwork and Results. To share results, the Results axis is the one that counts: Read-only or Full access.

Share a survey

Sharing is done from the survey, in the Collaboration subsection.

Open Collaboration

In the survey, go to Summary, then open the Collaboration tab. The owner organization stays displayed there.

Enter the e-mail address

Enter the e-mail address of the person to grant access to.

Choose the access level

Select Read-only or Full access.
Some deliverables are distributed by a simple link, without the recipient needing a poll&roll account:
  • the Fieldwork progress (real-time indicators and quotas);
  • the Dashboards.
Handy for giving a client or a colleague visibility without opening the platform to them: you copy the link and send it.
